Clean and tidy first class location very handy for shops or restaurants , happy to stay again.

I stayed in a classic double room which was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated & had good black-out curtains. Bed was super comfy. Tea & coffee, hairdryer, toiletries & towels all provided. A great base which was just a short & flat walk from the promenade, shops & restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Ideal location, parked right outside and very quiet area but 5 mins to all the shops.We stayed in Orme suite at the top of the house so no noise at all. Spotless throughout. One slight fault is sun rise at just after 5 and blind let's sunlight in down the side. Could be easily remedied. Other than that could not fault.

Lovely accommodation in a very quiet part of the team. What a find this place was. On a quiet road with plenty of parking but also within short walking distance of the shops, restaurants etc and also the promenade.Inside all is calm and peaceful with candles and soft background music. The room was lovely and had a separate sitting room. We had the comfiest bed ever. Views included cable cars on the Great Orme and nesting seagulls on next door's roof. We would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was homely and welcoming . The owners were friendly and polite. Our room was lovely, clean, and tidy. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with beaches, the town centre, restaurants, and the Great Orme all within walking distance as well as having on street free parking. We stayed one night 16th March. The staff were lovely, couldn't do enough for you. We were shown to the room and Christine explained where everything was and where to get extra tea/coffee etc. What a lovely idea to have them presented nicely on each landing.The facilities in the room were exceptional - even a protective mat to put straighteners on etc. and coasters.Christine kindly provided extra pillows and 2 soft blankets.Very clean. We had the Attic Suite and it was very roomy. Lovely to have a sofa and chairs so you could watch TV in a separate part of the room. Even another chair by where the tea and coffees were. Christine even brought my son some biscuits, as we were there for a Swimming Gala. Thank you so much - he loved them!.If I am honest, there is nothing really I didn't like. I would have to be really nit picking to mention anything wrong. Clean and simple

Just stopped at Seren Villa this weekend and really can't recommend it enough! The owners are lovely, the room itself was excellent, a really nice size and the hotel is in an excellent location... A lovely 2 night stay here. Rooms were excellent with good shower facilities, clean and tidy with coffee, tea, and free WiFi included. A very nice continental breakfast is avaliable too. Nothing was too much trouble for owner Paul and family. I was even upgraded to a superior room for no extra cost just because there was one spare. A lovely touch from Paul and much appreciated. A wonderful Guest House in a quiet residential part of Llandudno. We had a groundfloor room which was very large with a sumptuous kingsize bed "memory foam over springs". Seren Villa is very comfortable, clean, charming and is in a perfect location - close to the centre of town but away from the hustle & bustle. It is also very close to the train station. Paul and Christine were lovely hosts and very helpful and super friendly. Their B&B is kept in very nice condition and they go the extra mile to help us out. They allowed us to drop our luggage off in the morning so we could freely explore Llandudno before checking in at 4pm. They even allowed us to have a room before the official check in time as they could see we had travelled overnight on the Ferry/train and we were very tired. I would definitely recommend and come back here again. Thank you for looking after us and we really enjoyed our trip. Also the location is a few roads down from the main sea front, this suited us perfectly as we could choose between walking to the main Sea front (Pier etc) or to the West shore beach in the opposite direction (which is a lot quieter). The main streets including Augusta St and Mostyn street (main street) are far enough away from the noise but not too far away to walk. Just recently stayed here and the hotel was lovely and welcoming. As you enter, the reception area has nice lighting and soft ambient music. The owner was pleasant and friendly. He attended to our every need. Our room was lovely, clean and tidy. It had an amazing view of the Great Orme. We turned our sofa round to face the window and just sat on an evening looking at the view and listening to the sounds of nature outside. The pictures on here don't do it any justice. The hotel is in a fantastic location and everything is in walking distance (Beaches, Town Centre, Restaurants, Great Orme). The nice couple who own the large house were both very welcoming & genuine, friendly & helpful. They kindly keep my luggage safe while I went out, after check out time. The room had everything I needed, it was clean & quiet. They have nice relaxing music playing in the background in the reception area. It's just around the corner from the train station & shops. About halfway from either shore in Llandudno.I was in a good sized single room, on the first floor (no lift). The only issue was the ensuite bathroom was very compact. I'm not tall or big build but there wasn't much elbow room. The bathroom door didn't open back fully, as it stopped against the end of the bed. I could get in & out though. As a family we had 3 rooms here and were very impressed with the standard . Plenty of space in the rooms - our double room had separate living area as well as bathroom and bedroom . Cleaned to a high standard . Owners very friendly on our arrival . We stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of august with our 10 year old daughter. We had room 9 which had a separate sitting room and shower room. We had a lovely view of the Orme and the location was perfect, only a 5 minute walk from the town centre. Complimentary toiletries, tea coffee and biscuits with plenty of replenishment. The room was more like a small apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, We did not have breakfast preferring to use local cafes instead. Parking was in the street but we had no problem finding a place nearby. It was a 5 min walk to town centre and beach. It was the attention to detail that made the difference. There was a table on each landing of the villa, that had a supply of toilet rolls, teabags and milk if you ran out. Firstly I would like to thank the gentleman and women who made this stay feel like home. They were always patient, checking on up, making sure we got everything we need everyday, always willing to have a convo about the day/upcoming days and you won’t get this type of service anywhere else believe me. I stayed with a friend over the course of 3 nights in a twin room which was very spacious and clean with good facilities. Visited Llandudno for a few days and stayed at Seren Villa. The hosts Paul and Christine are very friendly and kind people and set a high standard in hospitality. Even when I had to deal with a problem on my cell phone which was not responsive, they helped me contact my family. My single room was really cosy and nice with all necessary amenities. Most importantly it was spotlessly clean. Moreover, their measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (wearing a mask in closed spaces, serving breakfast outside the room door etc) made another positive impression. (Tripadvisor August 2020)

Seren Villa is an attractive guest house in a quiet avenue just over 5 minutes walk from Llandudno town centre and just a few minutes more to the seafront. There is unlimited street parking right outside. It is simply but tastefully furnished with a light & spacious breakfast room. The continental breakfast was generous - eggs cooked to order & lots of choice for vegetarians. Hosts are very welcoming and obliging to requests. Our Classic Double room was immaculately clean, warm & included a sofa for relaxing. It is easy to walk to good local restaurants & cafes, the seafront, or to take a hike up to the Great Orme. We stayed in september and have to say it was brilliant. Lovely host and although we didnt have breakfast the set up looked very good. Other things such as thick underlay means you cant hear people walking up and down the stairs. Seren Villa is an attractive guest house in a quiet avenue just over 5 minutes walk from Llandudno town centre and just a few minutes more to the seafront. There is unlimited street parking right outside. It is simply but tastefully furnished with a light & spacious breakfast room. The continental breakfast was generous - eggs cooked to order & lots of choice for vegetarians. Hosts are very welcoming and obliging to requests. Our Classic Double room was immaculately clean, warm & included a sofa for relaxing. It is easy to walk to good local restaurants & cafes, the seafront, or to take a hike up to the Great Orme. Great location in a quiet street with plenty of parking on site and on street. Friendly, helpful hosts who are there when you need them, We stayed in room 10 which had a seperate bedroom with a comfy big bed and a lounge area with dining table, tv, 2 armchairs and sink with tea/coffee making fascilities. We stayed in september and have to say it was brilliant. Lovely host andalthough we didnt have breakfast the set up looked very good. Other thingssuch as thick underlay means you cant hear people walking up and down thestairs. The property is positioned in a quiet part of town, yet within walking distance to the seafront and town centre/restaurants. Ash lawn House was very clean and comfortable and the hosts were extremely welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional with the hosts cooking our eggs to order every morning! Wife & I along with her parents spent five nights here. Both rooms were spotless, comfortable & of the highest standard. 5 minutes walk from the front. Plentiful continental breakfast. A short walk from the railway station, and only 10 minutes from hotel to seafront; this is in a quiet and good location. Paul and Christine are charming and friendly hosts at this peaceful, and wonderfully clean hotel. Breakfast is continental (perfect poached eggs) and healthy; (but a big cooked breakfast is only around the corner if you need a big fix). I would not think of staying anywhere else, returning to Llandudno. Thanks Paul & Christine for a gradn stay. Tip if you have children along with you : facing the school across the road, turn right and go to the end of the road. This was my second visit to Ashlawn House. It's on a quiet street and parking is easily available on the drive or on the road. The owners are the loveliest people and the guesthouse has a peaceful and relaxing ambience from the moment you walk in. It was very quiet. Stayed at Ashlawn House over the bank holiday weekend, on arrival we were greeted by the owners Paul and Christine, they showed us the dining room where breakfast would be served. We was shown to our room by Paul and he even carried our luggage upstairs for us. The room was lovely and clean and fresh towels were provided. Tea/coffee making facilities were also provided. Each morning the cleaner came round to make up the bed and empty the bins and clean round in the bathroom. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Stayed bank hol weekend for 2 nights.The room spacious and clean (maybe need few more teabags etc as northerners drink lots of brews)!Breakfast continental, plenty on offer.Very homely, warm friendly atmosphere, nothing too much trouble.Very quiet overnight.Parking in front and only 5 mins walk from town centre and promenade.Very reasonably priced and would always stay here now if visiting this area.
