RATES - Rates are per room for the number of guests quoted.
CANCELLATION POLICY - As a general rule, reservations can be cancelled for free up to 9 days before the date of arrival. In case of a cancellation requested within 9 days prior to the arrival, the full amount is due. We advise you to take a travel insurance for peace of mind.
BREAKAGE/DAMAGE - Breakages/damage to the room will be charged to the guest accordingly.
NO MEALS IN THE ROOM - No-meal policy in every guest bedroom. Thank you for respecting this rule, in order to avoid food stains on the carpets or furniture as well as persisting smells of meals in the bedroom for the next guest.
NO SMOKING POLICY - We apply a strict no-smoking policy in the building in compliance with the UK law. Where smoking is deemed to have taken place a charge of £100 will be levied to ensure the rooms is cleansed before the next guest arrival.
CHILDREN - We welcome well-behaved children of 6 years of age and above. For all our guests, we encourage parents with children to support the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of Seren Villa.
PETS - We don't accommodate guests with pets. We may consider by prior arrangement assistance dogs.
