'' I’ve stayed here for 4 nights over the Easter 2022 weekend. Paul and Christine were extremely friendly and welcoming. As soon as you enter the reception hall, there’s relaxing music playing, candles and a lovely scent, great attention to detail. I felt very relaxed straight away. My room was very clean, well ventilated, fresh, clean bed linen and towels. The towels get changed every day on request (note in the bathroom to explain). Tea and coffee available in my room, and a television. Seren Villa is situated very centrally in Llandudno between the West Shore and North Shore beaches, just a few minutes walk to either. Town centre just a few minutes walk away as well. Considering the the central location, it’s quiet at night and I was glad to have booked here instead of along the pier, where it’s rather noisy and very busy. The location is also excellent for walking the coastal path between Llandudno and Conwy, but also if you want to explore further afield, like Snowdonia or Portmeirion, which are only just over an hours drive away. The continental breakfast is served by request and consists of a choice of cereal, toast/croissants, fresh fruit, choice of yogurt and coffee or tea. Very well prepared and presented. If I could feedback for improvement, I’d suggest unsweetened porridge and/or unsweetened muesli and boiled eggs as a choice for breakfast. Having come from Scotland to visit, I love my porridge! But otherwise 10/10. I had a lovely, relaxing stay here and can highly recommend Seren Villa. Relaxing atmosphere, friendly owners, clean rooms, and- very important - great value for money compared to other local hotels, including budget hotels, with better and higher quality service.''
